The Role

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of classroom teachers.


• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.


• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.


• Support students to remain engaged and achieve their learning objectives.


• Build positive relationships with students and staff.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Confidence working with young people aged 11-16.


• Ability to lead a classroom independently.


• Professional, flexible, and reliable approach.


• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.

• Excellent experience for aspiring teachers.
