We are looking for dedicated Behaviour Mentors to work within a supportive secondary school in Haringey, helping students develop positive attitudes towards education and achieve personal success.

The Role

• Provide targeted support for students with behavioural, social, or emotional needs.


• Build trusted relationships with students to encourage engagement and progress.


• Support the school's behaviour and inclusion strategies.


• Deliver interventions focused on attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing.


• Work closely with pastoral teams, teachers, and families.

• Experience working with young people in schools, youth services, sports coaching, or mentoring.


• Strong behaviour management skills.


• Calm and positive approach to challenging situations.


• Ability to inspire and motivate students.


• Passion for supporting vulnerable learners.
