Corporate Wellbeing & Fitness Manager

Due to our ongoing success we are seeking energetic and dedicated Corporate Wellbeing \& Fitness Managers to lead our employee wellness initiatives in various sites in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated health, fitness and wellbeing professional to manage a high\-quality corporate gym environment, deliver engaging wellness initiatives and create an exceptional experience for employees and members.

The Role

As Corporate Wellbeing \& Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the gym and wellness programme, ensuring the facility operates safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

You will lead and motivate the fitness team, oversee member engagement and develop innovative programmes that support physical health, mental wellbeing and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day\-to\-day operation of the corporate gym and wellness facilities.


• Lead, support and develop fitness and wellbeing staff.


• Deliver a high standard of member experience and customer service.


• Develop and implement engaging fitness, health and wellbeing programmes.


• Promote participation in gym, fitness and wellness activities across the organisation.


• Build strong relationships with employees, stakeholders and corporate partners.


• Monitor membership engagement, participation and programme performance.


• Organise health promotion events, wellbeing campaigns and fitness initiatives.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety, operational and industry standards.


• Oversee equipment, facilities, contractors and maintenance requirements.


• Manage budgets, resources and operational expenditure where required.


• Produce regular performance reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


• Work collaboratively with HR, People, Facilities and other internal teams to support wider employee wellbeing objectives.


• Have a full understanding of fitness technology, particularly managing back of house apps.

We are looking for a confident and commercially aware fitness and wellbeing professional who can combine strong operational management with a genuine passion for health and wellbeing.

You will ideally have:

• Experience managing a gym, leisure, fitness or corporate wellbeing environment.


• Strong leadership and people\-management skills.


• Excellent communication and relationship\-building abilities.


• A proactive and customer\-focused approach.


• Experience developing and delivering health, fitness or wellbeing initiatives.


• Good organisational and administrative skills.


• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional corporate environment.


• A strong understanding of health, safety and fitness industry standards.


• A positive, professional and approachable manner.

Level 3 Personal Trainer is desirable. Relevant management, health, wellbeing or group exercise qualifications would also be advantageous.
