Park Hall Hotel \& Spa is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Corporate Sales Executive / Corporate Sales Manager to grow our corporate accommodation, meetings, conferences, and events business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, increasing corporate room nights, and driving revenue across meetings, conferences, training events, and corporate functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hotel sales professional who thrives on generating new business and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new corporate accommodation accounts and develop existing business relationships.
- Drive meetings, conferences, training events, and corporate function sales.
- Conduct proactive sales calls, networking activities, client visits, and site inspections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, national accounts, travel management companies, and event organisers.
- Identify opportunities to increase room nights, meeting room bookings, and food \& beverage revenue.
- Prepare and negotiate corporate rate agreements and business contracts.
- Respond to enquiries and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and local business forums to promote the hotel.
- Work closely with Reservations, Front Office, Revenue, and Operations teams to maximise business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local business developments.
- Produce regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Achieve and exceed agreed revenue and sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, business development, account management, or hospitality sales.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of corporate accommodation, meetings, conferences, and events.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long\-term business relationships.
- Self\-motivated, organised, and target\-driven.
- Strong networking and prospecting skills.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
