We are seeking a commercially driven Corporate Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing corporate clients across Dublin. This is a hybrid, relationship\-led sales role focused on expanding existing accounts, developing stakeholder relationships, and converting growth opportunities into long\-term commercial value. You will manage a portfolio of up to 50 corporate accounts and work with organisations to deliver workplace ergonomics, employee wellbeing, and workplace health solutions through a consultative sales approach. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious account manager who enjoys growing existing relationships, navigating complex organisations, and building meaningful commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Account Growth \& Development
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing corporate accounts
- Identify and convert expansion opportunities within current customers
- Build relationships across multiple departments, locations, and stakeholder groups
- Develop strategic account plans for priority clients
- Increase account penetration and reduce reliance on single contacts
- Lead consultative sales conversations to understand client needs, challenges, and decision\-making processes
- Progress and close qualified opportunities within your account portfolio
- Manage proposals, commercial discussions, follow\-up activity, and next steps
- Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and account review meetings
- Collaborate with internal specialists where deeper ergonomic or technical expertise is required
You will represent a broad range of workplace health and ergonomics solutions including:
- Ergonomic equipment and seating
- Office furniture and workplace solutions
- Ergonomic assessments and consultancy
- Workplace wellbeing and training services
- Software and workplace health solutions
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
- Deliver a high standard of responsiveness, professionalism, and customer support
- Conduct in\-person and virtual meetings across your territory
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, stakeholder mapping, and account plans
- Manage your diary, pipeline, and follow\-up activity effectively
- Maintain strong commercial discipline and opportunity management standards
- Meet agreed KPIs and contribute to overall revenue growth
We would love to hear from candidates with:
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales or account management
- Strong consultative or solution\-based selling experience
- Experience working with medium to large organisations
- The ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders within one account
- Confidence leading meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions
- Strong follow\-up discipline and commercial awareness
- Excellent CRM and pipeline management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A full clean driver’s licence

- Guaranteed first\-year earnings of €60,280
- Base salary of €45,000 depending on experience
- On\-target earnings of €83,200
- Quarterly performance\-related bonus
- Hybrid working model with client travel across the Dublin region (approximately 2 days per week)
