Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy and well-established Coventry office. This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

The Role:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions


• Liaising professionally with Clients, Estate Agents and other Solicitors


• Preparing and reviewing contracts, reports and related legal documentation


• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and professional standards


• Working closely with colleagues to support the efficient running of the department

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters


• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail


• Excellent communication and client care abilities


• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively
