Responsibilities
- Manage end\-to\-end conveyancing processes, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions
- Provide clear, detailed advice to clients on legal requirements and transaction progress
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transfer documents, and related legal paperwork with precision
- Coordinate with estate agents, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of transactions
- Maintain meticulous case files and keep all parties informed of progress through regular updates
- Conduct thorough searches and investigations to identify potential issues early in the process
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulatory requirements throughout each transaction
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex legal concepts to clients and team members
- Strong IT proficiency for managing case management systems, document drafting software, and online searches
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment
- Well\-developed organizational skills for handling multiple cases simultaneously with accuracy
- Knowledge of current property law regulations and best practices in conveyancing
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues and external partners
Pay: £25,420\.00\-£100,000\.00 per year
