Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end conveyancing processes, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions


• Provide clear, detailed advice to clients on legal requirements and transaction progress


• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transfer documents, and related legal paperwork with precision


• Coordinate with estate agents, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of transactions


• Maintain meticulous case files and keep all parties informed of progress through regular updates


• Conduct thorough searches and investigations to identify potential issues early in the process


• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulatory requirements throughout each transaction

Skills

• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex legal concepts to clients and team members

Pay: £25,420\.00\-£100,000\.00 per year
