Eventus Legal Recruitment is seeking a Residential Property Conveyancer for an outstanding Legal 500 firm at their Tunbridge Wells office. This is a full time, permanent role offering hybrid working after an initial training period, allowing two days per week to work from home. Salary is £50,000 – £65,000 depending on qualifications, experience, and PQE if applicable. Role Responsibilities

Working within a highly respected Residential Property team based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent you will handle a broad range of high value and complex conveyancing matters. The firm is known for its longstanding client relationships and exceptional service standards. The work is varied, and there is a strong team based culture within the department

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, transfers of equity, and high value complex transactions


• Advising clients on the legal aspects of buying, selling, and transferring residential property


• Conducting title checks, reviewing property searches, and drafting and negotiating contracts and other legal documents


• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals


• Maintaining excellent client relationships and providing regular updates throughout the transaction process


• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements at all stages

To be successful in your application for this Residential Property Conveyancer role in Tunbridge Wells, Kent you will ideally be qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer. However, qualified by experience conveyancers will also be considered.

You will also possess the following experience and attributes:

• Significant experience of managing your own caseload of complex residential conveyancing matters
