Contracts Manager
Due to an increase in workload, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our family\-run business.
About the Role
You’ll oversee contract management and project delivery across our fencing and land services operations. This is a hands\-on role requiring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure contracts are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in contract management, construction, facilities management, or a related industry
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract administration
- Full UK driving licence (beneficial)
- Positive, proactive, and professional approach
- Team player with strong leadership capabilities
