We are searching for an experienced Contracts Manager \- EMEA at our Dublin, IE facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Contracts Manager to oversee the management,
negotiation and administration of contracts across multiple projects within Europe. The successful
candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements,
minimizing risks, and fostering strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, clients, and
stakeholders.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts with clients, suppliers and

- Ensure compliance with local, national and European regulations, laws, and industry
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts.

- Work closely with internal departments including engineering, sales, finance, supply chain and

- Lead efforts to resolve any contractual issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks, and compliance to senior management.
- Maintain clear and accurate contract documentation and ensure easy access for relvant
- Recommend improvements to contract processes and policies to enhance efficiency and manage
Required Qualifications:* Minimum 5\-7 years experience within industry.
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in an engineering, construction or related field.
- Fluency in English is required: proficiency in other European languages is an
- Proven experience in negotiating \& managing complex contracts.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong understanding of contract law, employment law, compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Able to effectively locate, communicate, and document information.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, contract management software, ability to
- Able to learn Manufacturing/ERP system, and CAD Viewing programs.
- Ability to travel to project sites as necessary.
- Full Clean drivers license.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive, solution\-oriented, and able to handle high\-pressure situations.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
