Business Development \& Contracts Manager (Cleaning Services)

Location: Essex / Remote Hybrid

About Us We are a growing commercial cleaning company seeking an experienced professional to help expand our cleaning contracts portfolio.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure school cleaning, contract cleaning opportunities.

Build relationships with schools, academies and facilities managers.

Prepare and submit tenders, quotations and proposals.

Negotiate contract terms and pricing.

Attend client meetings and site surveys.

Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful contract delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning sales, business development, facilities management or contract management.

Proven track record of winning cleaning contracts, preferably within the education sector.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience preparing tender documents and quotations.

Full UK driving licence preferred.

Job Types

Pay: From £35,000\.00 per year
