Role Overview
The Contracting Coordinator supports the end\-to\-end contracting process at Meh\-Co ApS, ensuring that supplier, client, and subcontractor agreements are accurately prepared, reviewed, and maintained. The role acts as a central link between procurement, legal, project management, and external partners to ensure timely execution of contracts and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation, review, and issuance of contracts, amendments, and renewals
- Maintain an organized contract database and ensure all documents are up to date and accessible
- Liaise with internal departments (procurement, finance, operations, and legal) to gather required contract inputs
- Track contract deadlines, milestones, and renewal dates, ensuring proactive follow\-up
- Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and relevant Danish/EU regulations
- Support negotiation processes by preparing draft terms and consolidating feedback
- Communicate with suppliers and partners to clarify contractual requirements and resolve documentation issues
- Assist in risk identification related to contractual obligations and escalate issues when needed
- Prepare periodic reports on contract status, performance, and compliance
- Experience in contract administration, procurement, or a related administrative role
- Strong understanding of contract structure and basic legal terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a structured environment
- Good communication skills in English; Danish is an advantage
