We're looking for an Administrator who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to administrative schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Contract Administration
- Prepare, review, and maintain service contracts and related documentation.
- Monitor contract compliance, renewals, and performance indicators.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding contractual matters.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems.
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and procurement documentation.
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Deliver BICS\-certified cleaning and hygiene training programs.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and classroom\-based instruction.
- Assess trainee competency and maintain training records.
- Support staff development and refresher training initiatives.
- Ensure cleaning procedures align with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Promote best practices in cleaning operations and infection control.
- Ensure adherence to COSHH, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Conduct audits and inspections where required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across cleaning operations.
- BICS Trainer qualification or relevant BICS certification.
- Experience in contract administration or facilities management.
- Knowledge of cleaning industry standards and procedures.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in training delivery and staff coaching.
- Understanding of compliance and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and problem\-solving skills.
- Office and site\-based work environment.
- May require travel between client locations.
- Flexible working hours may occasionally be required.
