Content Moderator – Italian Speakers (Porto, Portugal)

Are you fluent in Italian and looking for an international career opportunity in Porto? We are seeking motivated Content Moderators to join a leading social media platform.
About the Role
As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating video content uploaded to a major social media platform. You will ensure that content complies with community standards and platform policies by making accurate moderation decisions and applying the appropriate content classifications.
Please note that this position involves regular exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content. Candidates should possess strong emotional resilience and professional judgment.
Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate user\-generated video content.
Apply community guidelines and moderation policies accurately.
Tag and classify content according to platform standards.
Make timely and consistent moderation decisions.
Maintain high quality and productivity standards.
Requirements
Italian language proficiency at C2 level.
English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
Excellent decision\-making skills.
Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
Patience and focus for repetitive tasks.
Emotional resilience when handling sensitive content.
Working Hours
This is a 24/7 operation with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
07:00 – 16:00
14:00 – 23:00
22:30 – 07:30
What is Offered
Gross salary: €1,167/month (12 payments per year)
Meal allowance: €7\.63 per working day (paid via meal card)
