Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator and Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves developing engaging content across various platforms, managing our online presence and fostering positive public relations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for visual aesthetics and experience in social media management to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Duties

Develop and produce high\-quality content including images, videos, blogs and articles tailored to target audiences

Manage and optimise all social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and analysing performance metrics

Create and implement social media strategies that align with organisational goals

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly and foster an active online community

Track campaign effectiveness and prepare reports on social media performance

Monitor industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into content planning

Assist in organising public relations campaigns to enhance organisational reputation

Experience

Proven experience in social media management and content creation across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn or YouTube

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and public relations strategies

Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and visual storytelling

Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is desirable

Knowledge of analytics tools to measure engagement and optimise content strategies is advantageous

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Proficiency in a second language is a plus

Pay: £32,420\.00\-£38,831\.09 per year
