Content Creator (Maternity Cover)
Location: This role is based in Ossett, Wakefield in Yorkshire. All candidates applying should be within commuting distant as the role will require you to be working on site. The role will commence from 6th July 2026 to 5th March 2027

Our online shop allows us to provide comprehensive home\-treatment products to improve skin and make it the best it can be. As an authorised stockist of hundreds of skincare brands, we are in the unique and fortunate position to be able to offer our customers a completely bespoke service with the very best and most effective products, tailored to their skin concerns, skin goals and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prepare and take an active part in annual and quarterly planning sessions, in collaboration with the wider marketing and creative team
- Creation, direction and publishing of engaging content across a range of owned media (site, app, social media) and paid media channels
- Producing a mix of formats including video, reels, tutorials, product showcases, and educational content, showcasing brands, products, and routines in a way that builds trust and authority
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activity
- Produce content in a range of scenarios, both on\-site and off\-site, including hosted events, Vox Pops and interviewing our community members
- React quickly to trends, moments, and opportunities within the beauty space
- Identify trends, formats, and topics that resonate with our target audiences
- Supporting our copywriter with the ideation and production of other content types, including blog and educational guides
- Monitor content performance and optimise based on engagement and conversion data, continuously testing and iterating our approach
- Experience creating content (preferably within beauty, skincare, or wellness)
- Strong understanding of what content works across different formats and target audiences
- Confident and articulate in front of the camera and directing content production
- Video editing skills and design software (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva or similar)
- Strong attention to detail, whilst producing video content at pace
- Understanding of what drives engagement, reach, and conversions
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking
- Knowledge of skincare, aesthetics, or dermatology\-led brands
- Experience working with eCommerce brands
- Experience working with influencers and UGC creators and 3rd party platforms
- Experience of content publishing platforms such as Later and Buzzsprout
