Content and Communications Manager
Brief Overview
We are looking for a strategic and content\-driven marketer to support Hai Robotics’ EMEA vertical marketing initiatives across key verticals.
This role sits at the intersection of industry insights, customer storytelling, thought leadership and regional campaign execution. You will help translate complex warehouse automation and operational challenges into compelling content, customer success stories and industry\-focused marketing initiatives.
Working closely with regional sales teams, solution experts, customers, partners and global marketing, you will play an important role in shaping how Hai Robotics communicates its value to the market. From customer case studies and webinars to vertical campaigns and industry communications, you will help build visibility, credibility and engagement for one of the fastest\-growing warehouse automation companies in the industry.#### Key Responsibilities
Vertical Marketing \& Strategic Content

- Develop industry\-focused marketing content for key verticals across EMEA
- Translate operational challenges, automation trends and customer needs into compelling B2B narratives and thought leadership content
- Support regional positioning of Hai Robotics solutions through strategic storytelling and vertical insights

- Lead the development of customer case studies, success stories and reference materials
- Support the development of testimonial video content in collaboration with customers, partners, internal stakeholders and external production partners
- Develop multi\-format content including case studies, presentations, webinar materials, videos and LinkedIn content
- Support webinar development, coordination and promotion together with customers, partners and solution experts, including presentation development and post\-event content repurposing

- Support regional Account\-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by developing tailored content assets for strategic accounts and key verticals
- Develop industry\-focused presentations and sales enablement materials for strategic customer opportunities

- Support integrated campaigns around exhibitions, Hai NexTech Tour activities, product launches and vertical initiatives
- Assist with onsite content capture including interviews, videos and social media assets
- Support regional thought leadership, earned media and industry communications initiatives through media relations, partner activation and strategic storytelling across EMEA
Who are we looking for?
Experience
--------------
- Ideally, 3\+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in:
+ intralogistics
+ supply chain technology
+ industrial automation
- Experience in content marketing, vertical marketing or product marketing preferred

- Strong storytelling, presentation development and strategic communication skills
- Ability to understand complex operational or technical topics and translate them into clear and compelling narratives
- Comfortable working cross\-functionally with sales, solution, product and partner teams
- Self\-driven and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast\-paced international environment
- Strong English writing, editing and communication skills
- Experience with SEO best practices, content optimization tools, and AI for content production is a plus.

- Knowledge of e\-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations or supply chain automation
- Experience hosting or moderating in webinars, interviews or short\-form video content is a plus
- Comfortable representing the brand in customer\-facing or partner\-facing marketing activities
