Content and Brand Assistant
Job Overview
This role can be totally remote although the ideal candidate can be available in person in central london for up to 2 days per quarter.
The weekly hours can be set on pre agreed days OR the hours can be worked at your convenience provided weekly deadlines are met.
We are seeking an exceptionally organised, detailed and creative Content and Brand Assistant to manage and schedule posts across multiple platforms. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop proof of skills in social media management and brand growth while contributing to the organisation and visibility of our brand. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, experience in social media, including Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Linked In and Substack and comfort in using google drive, canva, capcut, chat gpt and other editing and design software. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain practical experience in brand communication and content creation within a supportive environment.
Initially at 2 days per week, there is the possibility to increase this to 3 days along with additional responsibilities over time.
Duties
- Organise, schedule, post and track content output across multiple platforms for multiple brands that follow a pre\-set content structure.
- Create customised posts in Canva using pre\-made scripts and design templates.
- Edit raw video content in Capcut using existing b\-roll and overlay assets.
- Track and analyse content performance metrics to optimise future projects and improve engagement rates.
- Liase with team members to ensure asset delivery for multiple pages.
- There also is the possibility of in person content creation \- video and still capture at events or shoot days.
- Strong understanding of social media management tools and platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Linked In and Substack and comfort in using Google Drive, Canva, Capcut, Chat gpt and other editing and design software.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and consistency in tone and style.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content development.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pre\-set deadlines.
- Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with editing software.
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills and taking initiative. This role offers valuable experience in digital marketing and brand management within a collaborative environment dedicated to professional growth.
