Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments and consultations for women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, prolapse, and other urogynaecological conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include surgical interventions, minimally invasive procedures, or conservative therapies
- Perform complex urogynaecological surgeries with precision and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, urologists, and primary care providers to ensure holistic patient care
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote long\-term health and well\-being
- Keep detailed medical records of patient histories, treatments, and follow\-up care in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Stay current with advancements in urogynaecology through continuous education and professional development
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and managing pelvic floor disorders and urinary incontinence in women
- Skilled in performing advanced surgical procedures specific to urogynaecology
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Strong understanding of the latest medical technologies and minimally invasive techniques in urogynaecology
- Ability to handle complex cases with a detail\-oriented approach while maintaining compassionate patient care

Pay: £130,000\.00\-£160,000\.00 per year
