Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments and consultations for women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, prolapse, and other urogynaecological conditions


• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include surgical interventions, minimally invasive procedures, or conservative therapies


• Perform complex urogynaecological surgeries with precision and adherence to best practices


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, urologists, and primary care providers to ensure holistic patient care


• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote long\-term health and well\-being


• Keep detailed medical records of patient histories, treatments, and follow\-up care in compliance with healthcare regulations


• Stay current with advancements in urogynaecology through continuous education and professional development

• Proven expertise in diagnosing and managing pelvic floor disorders and urinary incontinence in women


• Skilled in performing advanced surgical procedures specific to urogynaecology
