Our Technology Strategy \& Transformation practice helps clients in strengthening and running their Technology Landscape, Governance, and Transformations. In service of our clients, we make sure the digital landscape provides the value to achieve business objectives, and that the adequate IT Management Model and Transformative Initiatives are in place to deliver their technology strategy and reach operational targets.

As a Consultant in Technology Strategy \& Transformation:* You’ll be at the heart of helping organizations navigate complex technology\-driven change.

• You’ll work with clients to develop and deliver practical solutions that align technology with business objectives, whether through strategic planning, transformation program delivery, or governance optimization.


• You’ll combine a solid understanding of technology with business acumen, working across multiple dimensions of transformation: from designing technology strategies and optimizing technology investments, to managing implementation programs and building organizational capabilities for agile ways of working.


• Your role will involve supporting clients in assessing their technology landscapes, identifying optimization opportunities, designing governance frameworks, and advising on technology selection and adoption.


• You’ll translate between business and technology languages, helping stakeholders at all levels understand complex challenges and implement practical solutions.


• You’ll support the delivery of transformation initiatives by collaborating with project teams, analyzing technology spending and investments, and helping drive organizational change.


• Your analytical mindset and pragmatic approach will enable you to identify root causes, develop evidence\-based recommendations, and support their implementation.


• You’ll be part of a collaborative team, leveraging Deloitte’s global network and expertise to bring best practices and innovative solutions to our clients’ technology strategy and transformation journeys.

Let’s Talk About You

• You have 2–3 years of experience in technology strategy, business transformation, technology operations, project management, or related advisory roles, ideally within consulting or corporate environments.


• You have a solid understanding of technology fundamentals and how technology drives business value.


• You are comfortable working with business and technology leaders at various levels, translating complex technology and business challenges into clear recommendations.


• You have a good grasp of technology operating models, governance frameworks, and organizational design principles as they relate to technology functions.


• You understand agile and hybrid delivery models and can support the implementation of agile practices within organizations.


• You are proficient in business analysis and can leverage data to support insights and decision\-making.


• You combine technical knowledge with a strategic, analytical, and business\-focused mindset, and are able to identify root causes and develop practical recommendations.


• You communicate clearly and confidently, presenting technology and business concepts to diverse audiences.


• You are organized, detail\-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast\-moving environments.


• You enjoy working collaboratively with clients and colleagues, building strong relationships based on trust and transparency.


• You have a continuous learning mindset and are keen to develop your expertise in technology strategy, transformation, and organizational agility.


• You have good analytical skills, are pragmatic in your solutioning approach, and are flexible and proactive.


• You are a team player with strong communication skills and an eye for quality.


• Having relevant certifications such as ITIL, Agile (CSM, PMI\-ACP), SAFe, or business analysis credentials is a plus.


• You have a master’s degree in business, engineering, informatics, ICT, or equivalent experience.


• You have a professional level of English and either French or Dutch.
