Consultant in AML/KYC & Financial Crime (M/F/X)
Luxembourg \| Permanent Contract
Join our Financial Services team and support leading financial institutions in strengthening their AML/KYC frameworks, improving client lifecycle processes and responding to evolving Financial Crime requirements.
Your Role
- Contribute to AML/KYC and Financial Crime transformation projects.
- Analyse and improve client onboarding, periodic review and remediation processes.
- Perform business analysis, gap assessments and process documentation.
- Translate regulatory and business requirements into operational solutions.
- Support the design of governance frameworks, controls and target operating models.
- Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Business, Data and Technology stakeholders.
- You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Business or a related field.
- You have experience in AML/KYC, Financial Crime, Compliance or client lifecycle management.
- You understand customer due diligence, onboarding and periodic review processes.
- Experience in management consulting, business analysis or transformation projects is strongly valued.
- You are structured, pragmatic and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
- You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset.
- Work on AML/KYC transformation projects with leading financial institutions.
- Combine regulatory expertise with operational, data and technology topics.
- Develop your consulting and client\-facing capabilities.
- Join a team with strong Financial Crime and client lifecycle expertise.
- Take increasing ownership of deliverables, workstreams and client interactions.
