The Opportunity

We are expanding our Women's Health Department and seeking an experienced Consultant Gynaecologist with a special interest in:

• Urinary incontinence and pelvic floor disorders


• Hormonal imbalances and menopause management


• PCOS and endocrine\-related gynaecological conditions


• Intimate and sexual health


• Vaginal health and rejuvenation


• Preventative and comprehensive women's healthcare


• Fertility and reproductive health assessments


• General gynaecological consultations and investigations

This is an excellent opportunity for a specialist looking to establish or expand their private practice within a modern, multidisciplinary clinic focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive gynaecological consultations and assessments


• Diagnose and manage hormonal disorders and menopause\-related concerns


• Assess and treat urinary incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction


• Provide intimate health and sexual wellness consultations


• Develop personalised treatment plans using clinical investigations and diagnostics


• Interpret blood tests and hormonal profiles


• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary medical team


• Educate patients on preventative health and long\-term wellness strategies


• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and high standards of patient care

Requirements

• GMC\-Registered Consultant Gynaecologist


• Valid professional indemnity insurance


• Experience managing urinary incontinence and pelvic floor conditions


• Strong background in hormonal health and menopause care


• Experience within private practice is desirable but not essential


• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills

You must also:

• Operate on a self\-employed basis


• Be comfortable integrating blood testing and diagnostics into treatment plans


• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team


• Be open to participating in educational content, videos, and social media initiatives that support patient education and clinic growth


• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient\-centred care
