An established and highly regarded private medical clinic in London specialising in hormonal health functional medicine and personalised healthcare for both women and men. The clinic takes a patient\-centred and highly individualised approach, supporting patients across a range of hormonal and wellbeing concerns.

The clinic is now looking to expand its medical team and is seeking an experienced doctor with a special interest in hormonal health, ideally with an interest or background in functional medicine.The successful doctor will receive dedicated training and mentoring from the clinic's founder and will have the opportunity to develop a long\-term private practice within an established and growing specialist clinic.

Role Description

The doctor will provide comprehensive, patient\-centered care in a private clinic setting, focusing on hormonal health, metabolic balance, and functional medicine approaches. Day\-to\-day responsibilities include conducting detailed consultations, interpreting diagnostic tests, developing personalised treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress over time.The role also involves working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and contributing to the refinement of clinical protocols and patient pathways. The doctor will educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and prevention strategies, while ensuring care is aligned with the clinic’s high standards of safety, ethics, and service.

This is a on\-site role, working 4 days per week, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, based in the Marylebone area of London.The successful doctor will receive dedicated training and mentoring from the Senior Consultant and founder, learning the clinic's approach to hormonal and functional medicine.

You do not need to be a hormone specialist already. The clinic is open to experienced doctors and GPs with a genuine interest in hormonal health who are looking to develop their expertise in this area. Comprehensive training will be provided, with the initial period focused on observation, learning and gradually building your own patient diary.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified medical professional with GMC registration and license to practice in the UK.


• Specialist training and experience in endocrinology, gynaecology, functional medicine, or related fields such as integrative or lifestyle medicine will be ideal.


• Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and support shared decision\-making.


• Open to consultants and doctors who are new to private practice


• Strong organisational and time\-management skills, with attention to accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.


• Full training and ongoing support will be provided

Pay: £100,000\.00\-£200,000\.00 per year
