What role as Consultant Compensation \& Benefits

You will work for a range of clients, from corporates to public sector organizations, on topics such as:

• Benchmark analyses, reward strategies, and salary structure design.


• Compliance with new and existing laws and regulations, such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive.


• Developing and presenting project plans and advisory reports.


• Facilitating workshops with HR teams and executive boards.


• Contributing to internal knowledge development, propositions, and business development.

• You are analytically minded.


• You can translate complex data into clear recommendations.


• You are results‑oriented.


• You are accurate, precise, and critical of your own work.


• You are a team player who thrives on collaborating with colleagues and clients.


• You have an entrepreneurial and growth\-oriented mindset.


• You enjoy finding the best solution for a client’s challenge and are not afraid to think through solutions you haven’t encountered before.


• You are AI literate and able to apply AI in a conscious, critical, and responsible way to enhance your work.

• You have a completed university degree in Business Administration, HRM, Economics, Econometrics, or a related field.


• You have 2–4 years of experience in reward consulting or a related area (e.g., HR consulting, rewards, data analysis).


• You are curious, have a drive to learn, and a proactive, structured way of working.


• You have experience with or affinity for client interaction; you are able to work independently and enjoy contributing to a growing practice.


• You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
