Flexibility
To offer you the best possible flexibility, you don’t have to live in one of our locations to work with us: in addition to appointments with clients, you can choose to travel to the office or prefer to work from home. For this reason, you can choose your location as well as your Practice Group \- project groups for specific topics \- and easily change them over time, if needed. Individual coaching is very important to us. For this purpose, you will be assigned a mentor, in our case a CDC – Career Development Counselor. If you wish, you can easily change your CDC.

This role is based in Amsterdam and applicants are expected to live in or be willing to relocate to the Netherlands. Travel may be required depending on the client engagement.

Your impact:

• In international and diverse teams, you tackle strategic problems, contribute your expertise, and help our banking clients in addressing their current challenges.


• Using modern technologies, you quantify the influence of current megatrends like climate change, on e.g., credit portfolios und develop data\-driven solutions for management.


• You challenge the status quo of the industry, work out recommendations for further development, and initiate forward\-looking decisions.


• You bridge the gap between complexity and added value for the business and discuss results directly with the client.


• In addition to your project work, you are internally involved in expanding and sharing your expertise, i.e. you work on future\-oriented topics such as AI in interdisciplinary teams, assist in developing industry articles, and can directly contribute to shaping your team of colleagues.

Your profile:

• You have an academic degree (Master, MBA, or PhD) in business, economics / econometrics, mathematics/natural sciences, or a related field.


• You are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not mandatory.


• You have demonstrated interest in consulting and/or finance; initial experience in consulting or the financial services sector is a plus.


• You enjoy working in a data\-driven way and solving problems in an analytical and structured way. You are proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning.


• You have the ability to communicate complex and/or technical topics and issues in a management\-oriented manner.


• You exhibit strong verbal and presentation skills, with the initiative to contribute ideas independently.


• You are collaborative and enjoy working and socializing with colleagues both in the Amsterdam office and around our European locations. \#LI\-LARA \#LI\-Hybrid

Online application
The application process starts on our career website, where you can search for jobs that suit you. If you find a job you would like to apply for, you can do so via our online portal – either with a profile (7–10 minutes) or without a profile (3–5 minutes) – and submit all required documents.

Screening
After you have submitted your application and received a confirmation of receipt, we will review your application together with the specific department. You can check your application status in your profile at any time or you will receive feedback from us after one week at the latest.

Online assessment
For our entry\-level positions in consulting within the DACH region (Consultant/Analyst), the next step is to complete our online assessment. This does not include positions at our subsidiaries findic and applied by zeb.

Interviews
If your application fits the position, we will schedule three consecutive (virtual) interviews with the recruiting team and the department via e\-mail. The application process for consulting positions will additionally include at least one case study.

After the interviews, the interviewers exchange their opinions and make a decision. One of them will then give you feedback by phone within a few days.
