Project location: London NW3 \& NW1
We are looking for a highly organized individual, ideally with an architectural/construction background who wants to focus his career in Construction Project Management.
The role would cover:
- Project planning and delivery
- Budget and cost control
- Stakeholder and client management
- Contractor and subcontractor coordination
- Health \& safety compliance
- Risk management
- Scheduling and reporting
- Relevant qualifications and experience
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery.
- Experience managing project budgets, programmes, and resources.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional qualification in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Experience delivering residential projects.
- Polish language skills would be an advantage but are not essential.
Pay: £30,036\.72\-£50,000\.00 per year
