Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations using Primavera P6 project management software.


• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.


• Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to maintain momentum.


• Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality specifications.


• Manage procurement processes for materials and subcontractors to optimize efficiency and cost\-effectiveness.


• Conduct site inspections using Civil 3D for surveying and design verification; address issues promptly to avoid delays.


• Maintain detailed documentation of project milestones, change orders, and communication logs to ensure transparency and accountability.

Skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project tracking.


• Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for civil engineering design support and site planning.


• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
