Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse construction initiatives, liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using Primavera P6\.


• Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.


• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues promptly.


• Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines.


• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.


• Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and issues for senior management.


• Manage procurement processes and oversee the utilisation of materials and equipment efficiently.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and company policies.

• Proven experience in construction project management with a strong understanding of civil engineering principles.


• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project planning.


• Familiarity with Civil 3D for design coordination and site layout planning.


• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.


• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple stakeholders.


• Exceptional organisational skills to oversee complex projects from start to finish.
