Compliance Administrator
Office based role in Reading (RG2 0NA) | Ongoing temporary position, 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday | Paying £12.71 per hour
The Role
We’re looking for a detail-focused Compliance Administrator to support our Compliance team. You’ll provide efficient administrative support and deliver excellent service to clients, candidates, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, candidates and managers daily
- Coordinate compliance checks (references, right-to-work, vetting)
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems
- Track and update data to meet SLAs and KPIs
- Respond to queries promptly and professionally
- Manage emails and calls clearly and efficiently
- Prioritise workload and solve problems proactively
- Administrative experience in a detail-orientated environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Confident using MS Word and Excel
- Experience with data entry and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of compliance or screening processes (preferred)
