The Role

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Complex Care Assistant to provide person\-centred care for a friendly gentleman with complex health needs in his own home in Liverpool.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference to someone's life, supporting him to maintain his independence, pursue his interests, and enjoy meaningful experiences both at home and within his local community.

Our client is a warm, family\-oriented gentleman who loves spending quality time with his loved ones. He is also a keen football fan and enjoys following his favourite team, Arsenal F.C.. Whether it's watching a match, enjoying community outings, or taking part in activities he enjoys, you'll play an important role in helping him live life to the fullest.

Hours Mon\- Sun 09:30am\- 17:30pm

Requirements

What we'd like:

• Experience in caring for a patient / client with complex health needs


• Car driver with access to your own vehicle

• Warm and friendly care professionals


• Good people who enjoy caring for others


• Punctuality and reliability


• A willingness to learn and develop your skills

Whilst we expect a degree of experience in caring for individuals with complex health needs, full clinical training on the specific needs of our client will be provided for the right candidates. This includes a combination of e\-learning and classroom\-based training, followed by job\-shadowing and "hands\-on" training by a Lead Nurse. We operate a 24hr clinical on\-call to provide round\-the\-clock support to our clients and their care teams.
