<h4><strong>Who we are looking for</strong></h4>
<p>We are seeking a dynamic and organized <strong>Community Manager</strong> to maintain the health and positive sentiment of our brands’ social media profiles. The ideal candidate is experienced in content management, audience engagement, and social media strategy. This person will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content execution and meaningful audience interactions.</p>

<h4><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Manage and moderate social media channels, ensuring an active and positive brand presence.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain the content calendar, aligning with the creative team to finalize and publish assets.</li>
<li>Schedule, publish, and monitor the correct implementation of all content.</li>
<li>Conduct active monitoring to identify opportunities, risks, or trends that could impact the brand.</li>
<li>Moderate audience interactions using the brand’s Q&A guidelines.</li>
<li>Update visual assets, descriptions, and contact details across all social media profiles.</li>
<li>Assist in influencer identification and outreach.</li>
<li>Provide real-time event coverage (during business hours) when required.</li>
<li>Experiment with and analyze new platforms, tools, and content formats.</li>
<li>Generate actionable insights from audience interactions and comments.</li>
<li>Support Account Executives in client communications.</li>
</ul>

<h4><strong>What you’ll need</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Strong organizational skills</strong> with exceptional attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to <strong>prioritize and follow through</strong> on tasks efficiently.</li>
<li>Excellent <strong>writing and communication skills</strong>.</li>
<li>Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and interpret reports.</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of digital platforms and emerging trends.</li>
<li>Familiarity with social media management tools.</li>
<li>Collaborative attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li>
<li>Previous experience in content moderation and community engagement is a plus.</li>
<li>Intermediate English level.</li>
</ul>
