<p data-start="344" data-end="753"><strong data-start="344" data-end="362">About the Role</strong><br data-start="362" data-end="365">We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer with a strong technical profile—someone who can not only craft high-quality animated content, but also develop scripts and automation solutions to optimize workflows within After Effects and other post-production environments. This role is critical to scaling team productivity and maintaining an agile, organized, and efficient pipeline.</p>
<p data-start="755" data-end="781"><strong data-start="755" data-end="779">Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul data-start="782" data-end="1440">
<li data-section-id="1lc612e" data-start="782" data-end="881">Design and animate content for digital platforms, social media, campaigns, and branded content.</li>
<li data-section-id="hjb1t6" data-start="882" data-end="935">Develop reusable templates, toolkits, and assets.</li>
<li data-section-id="n3ksvc" data-start="936" data-end="1015">Collaborate closely with editors, designers, creative teams, and producers.</li>
<li data-section-id="1eicb6m" data-start="1016" data-end="1105">Create scripts, expressions, and tools to automate repetitive tasks in After Effects.</li>
<li data-section-id="vxf24s" data-start="1106" data-end="1221">Integrate workflows across platforms (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, custom panels, external systems).</li>
<li data-section-id="1im48fr" data-start="1222" data-end="1293">Optimize rendering processes, versioning, and project organization.</li>
<li data-section-id="1ksrq2k" data-start="1294" data-end="1364">Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve team efficiency.</li>
<li data-section-id="1k1fgh3" data-start="1365" data-end="1440">Contribute ideas and collaborate with creative teams to enhance output.</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1442" data-end="1460"><strong data-start="1442" data-end="1458">Requirements</strong></p>
<ul data-start="1461" data-end="1932">
<li data-section-id="mr9pen" data-start="1461" data-end="1507">5+ years of experience in motion graphics.</li>
<li data-section-id="1yrso1c" data-start="1508" data-end="1562">Advanced proficiency in After Effects (mandatory).</li>
<li data-section-id="1hom924" data-start="1563" data-end="1632">Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.</li>
<li data-section-id="dv8n7q" data-start="1633" data-end="1739">Experience with scripting and expressions in After Effects (ExtendScript, JavaScript, AE Expressions).</li>
<li data-section-id="1xmajsx" data-start="1740" data-end="1820">Proven experience in workflow automation (custom scripts, plugins, or APIs).</li>
<li data-section-id="14a1t5b" data-start="1821" data-end="1877">Background in template creation and task automation.</li>
<li data-section-id="zsgx02" data-start="1878" data-end="1932">Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).</li>
</ul>
