Tramshed Tech is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and people\-focused Community Events Executive to play a key role in supporting our members, tenants and visitors while delivering an engaging programme of events that strengthens our thriving business community.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating memorable experiences and bringing people together. As the face of Tramshed Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, coordinating community activities and supporting the delivery of events that connect, inspire and support businesses across our ecosystem.
As Tramshed Tech enters an exciting new phase of growth, this role will be instrumental in helping us foster a vibrant, collaborative community while supporting occupancy, member engagement and revenue objectives.
Reporting to the Community Manager / Events Manager
Key Responsibilities
Community \& Member Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service to members, tenants, visitors and guests.
- Act as a key point of contact for all community\-related enquiries.
- Build strong relationships with members and actively connect individuals and businesses within the community.
- Support the development and delivery of initiatives that increase member engagement, retention and satisfaction.
- Ensure community spaces, reception and shared facilities are welcoming, professional and reflective of the Tramshed Tech brand.
- Assist in onboarding new members and ensuring a positive member journey from initial enquiry through to renewal.
- Promote and administer Virtual Memberships, ensuring accurate records and proactive engagement.
- Coordinate and deliver a programme of community, networking, educational and business support events.
- Support the planning and logistics of internal and external events, workshops and partner activities.
- Liaise with speakers, sponsors, suppliers and attendees to ensure successful event delivery.
- Manage event administration, including bookings, registrations, attendee communications and post\-event reporting.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote events through social media, newsletters and member communications.
- Support the creation of engaging community content, including member spotlights, event highlights and success stories.
- Gather feedback and insights to continually improve event experiences and community engagement.
- Represent Tramshed Tech at external networking events and community activities as required.
- Support sales activity by identifying opportunities to convert visitors, event attendees and virtual members into workspace members.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting through Nexudus and associated systems.
- Develop a strong understanding of Tramshed Tech's products, services and business support programmes.
- Assist with tours, enquiries and member introductions where required.
- Support occupancy and membership growth objectives through excellent customer experience and community engagement.
- Effectively utilise Nexudus to manage memberships, bookings, event registrations and community communications.
- Carry out administrative duties relating to community operations, events, facilities and member services.
- Support the smooth day\-to\-day operation of the workspace.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure facilities and event spaces are maintained to a high standard.
- Assist with postal services, housekeeping coordination and general site administration.
- Provide cover across Tramshed Tech locations when required.
- Occasionally work outside standard business hours to support events, networking activities and community engagement initiatives.
Essential Skills \& Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience delivering outstanding customer service.
- Confidence building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and adopt a proactive, hands\-on approach to supporting the community and wider business.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Previous experience in either community management, hospitality, events, coworking or customer\-facing roles.
- Experience coordinating events or networking activities.
- Experience using Nexudus or similar membership management systems.
- Conduct all work in a positive, professional and responsible manner in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Take ownership of personal, departmental and organisational objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high\-performing team culture.
- Demonstrate Tramshed Tech's values in all interactions.
- Attend training, team meetings and company events as required.
- Undertake additional reasonable duties as required by the business.
- Act as a positive ambassador for Tramshed Tech at all times.
