Location: Chester and surrounding areas (within 15 miles of Chester City Centre)
Pay Rate: £13\.00 per hour (enhanced rates for Bank Holidays)
Hours: Part\-Time – 3 shifts per week
Driving Required: Yes
About the Role
Belgrave Care is seeking caring, compassionate, and reliable Community Care Workers to join our supportive team. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives by helping them remain independent in their own homes.
No previous care experience is required as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Available Shift Patterns
Day Shifts
\* 7:00am – 12:00pm
\* 3 shifts per week
Evening Shifts
\* 4:00pm – 10:00pm
\* 3 shifts per week
Please note: Alternate weekends are required.
Key Responsibilities
As a Community Care Worker, you will:
\* Provide personal care and support in customers’ homes.
\* Assist with daily living activities and meal preparation.
\* Support customers with medication routines and wellbeing monitoring.
\* Maintain accurate care records.
\* Follow health and safety procedures and company policies.
\* Deliver high\-quality care with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
\* Live within a 15\-mile radius of Chester City Centre.
\* Have access to your own vehicle and hold a full UK driving licence.
\* Have the legal right to work in the UK.
\* Be able to work alternate weekends.
