We are recruiting Community Care Officers to join our team and play a key role in supporting care staff out in the community, responding to day\-to\-day issues and helping to ensure safe, high\-quality care delivery across the service.

Community Care Officer Role

As a Community Care Officer, you will:

Support care staff in the community

Respond to day\-to\-day issues and help ensure continuity of care

Provide practical support where needed

Work closely with the office team and Service Managers

Help maintain quality, safety and consistency across the service

Support staff with guidance, reassurance and problem\-solving

This is a hands\-on, varied role where no two days are the same. It is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others, problem\-solving and being out and about rather than fully office\-based.

Working Patterns Available

We are recruiting for both full\-time and part\-time roles.

Community Care Officer – Full\-Time

Week 1: 3 days

Week 2: 4 days

Hours: 8:00am – 1:00pm and 3:00pm – 8:00pm

Includes alternate weekends

Average 36 hours per week

Community Care Officer – Part\-Time Evenings

Hours: 3:00pm – 8:00pm

Working across 7 days, including alternate weekends

Pattern of 3 days one week / 4 days the next

Average 17\.5 hours per week
