Community Care Assistant

Job Summary

Job Type: Full\-time / Part\-time \& Flexible shifts available, alternate weekends required

You will be travelling between local clients’ homes in the Rugeley area only (10 Miles Radius of WS15\), providing essential care and support that helps older people live safely and independently in their own homes.

We are a local domiciliary care provider offering stable contracts, paid travel time, and fully funded qualifications. Experience is welcome but not required – we provide full paid training.

Your Responsibilities

• Driving between clients’ homes within Rugeley (WS15 – 10 Mile Radius)


• Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)


• Medication support


• Meal preparation and light domestic tasks


• Companionship and emotional support


• Supporting independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Full UK driving licence

Own vehicle (essential)

Right to work in the UK

Willingness to work some weekends (rota\-based)
