Commercial Strategy Manager

Zenex Plus is a UK\-based career development and employment support company providing international students, graduates and early\-career professionals with practical career training, employability development, internship preparation and employer\-facing recruitment support.

We work closely with students, training partners, SMEs and employer networks to improve career outcomes through structured training, market insights, candidate preparation, job\-matching support and data\-informed business development.

About the Role

We are seeking a commercially focused Commercial Strategy Manager to support business growth, service development, market expansion and employer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

\* Develop commercial strategies and business plans to support company growth.

\* Analyse market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

\* Assess potential partnerships, services and markets and provide recommendations.

\* Manage relationships with clients, employers, training partners and other stakeholders.

\* Develop commercial solutions based on client and market requirements.

\* Analyse business performance, market data and customer feedback.

\* Develop business cases, commercial proposals and plans for new services.

\* Support employer partnerships and business development activities.

\* Identify and implement AI and technology\-enabled solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.

\* Coordinate strategic projects and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements

\* Experience in commercial management, business strategy, business development or business operations.

\* Strong client and stakeholder management skills.

\* Experience in business planning, market research and commercial opportunity assessment.

\* Strong analytical, problem\-solving and communication skills.

\* Experience with AI implementation or technology\-enabled business solutions is desirable.

\* International or cross\-cultural business experience is desirable.

\* Fluent English and Chinese is desirable.

Pay: £55,000\.00 per year
