TIC Health is a fast\-growing UK diagnostic imaging provider delivering mobile, relocatable and modular CT and MRI solutions to NHS Trusts and private healthcare organisations.We operate high\-specification equipment fleets and provide full managed services, supporting Community Diagnostic Centres (CDCs), elective recovery programmes and long\-term outsourcing partnerships.We are now seeking a commercially astute leader to accelerate national growth.

The Opportunity

The Commercial Solutions Manager will drive revenue growth across:

• Mobile CT \& MRI rental contracts


• Managed imaging service partnerships


• Outsourced diagnostic solutions


• Modular / relocatable CDC imaging hubs


• Strategic long\-term NHS partnerships

This is a senior revenue\-generating role with responsibility for originating, structuring and closing high\-value contracts.

Core Objectives

• Build and convert a strong national pipeline


• Secure multi\-year NHS and private sector contracts


• Structure commercially robust, margin\-protected deals


• Develop senior\-level relationships (Radiology, Operations, Finance \& Procurement)


• Contribute to TIC’s national expansion strategy

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in healthcare business development (NHS experience essential)


• Experience securing high\-value service contracts (£500k–£5m\+)


• Strong commercial negotiation capability


• Knowledge of NHS procurement frameworks (SBS, NHS Supply Chain, PSR)


• Strategic thinker with disciplined pipeline management

Success Measures (Year 1\)

• £3 million in secured contract value (to be agreed)


• Strong conversion rate from qualified pipeline


• Gross margin protection across secured contracts


• Establishment of repeat and referral partnerships
