The main role will be that of repairing, installing and refurbishing of commercial refrigeration, catering extraction systems, commercial catering equipment, and similar, mainly in the Staffordshire and Cheshire area, but occasionally further. There will also be workshop repairs and refurbishments.
Being small, we won't have all the resources of a large outfit. But you will be very much part of our team, including for the right person, the opportunity to progress to management and further. Although mostly working independently in the field, you will be part of a small, close and friendly team that supports and respects each other. The working day is usually very varied working in many different environments including schools, care homes, restaurants, canteens etc and workshop.
Hourly rate is subject to your age, experience and ability. This will be reviewed on a regular basis. A profit related bonus package and a company van will be included after the an initial settling in period. As part of your on\-going training you will be required to attend courses for relevant product training. After an initial period and proving yourself, there may be the options of career growth to management and even shareholding.
The main criteria are that....
- you live within half an hour of Stoke.
- you have a driving licence
- refrigeration experience with F\-gas qualification
- and have good electrical fault finding ability
