Location: Bristol (covering South West, Cotswolds \& South Wales)
Salary: Up to £51,000 basic \+ commission \+ £4,500 car allowance

A leading specialist advisory firm is hiring into its Hotels team, offering the chance to step out of high\-volume agency into a more consultative, deal\-driven environment with higher\-value assets and stronger earning potential.

The Role

You’ll move away from high\-volume listings into fewer, higher\-value deals \- valuing and selling hotel businesses across the South West.

• Winning instructions and valuing hotel assets


• Meeting business owners and pitching for business


• Bringing opportunities to market and managing buyer demand


• Negotiating deals at a higher level


• Managing transactions through to completion


• Building your own pipeline across the region


• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the process

• Residential Valuer, Senior Negotiator or Branch Manager


• Strong track record of winning instructions and closing deals


• Commercial mindset and ready for a step up into larger transactions


• Confident in client\-facing situations


• Driven, target\-focused and motivated by earning potential


• Full UK driving licence and happy to travel across the South West
