Your role \& influence as Commercial Product Manager Networking \& Security

*Responsibility*: You will be given responsibility for leading and executing the regional networking and security strategy, translating it into measurable commercial outcomes through strategic ownership, market development, and pipeline growth across multiple countries.

*Collaboration*: Together with your team, you take care of driving sustainable growth, market leadership, and pipeline acceleration, working closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments Sales and Vendor Management.

*Core activities:*

• Define and operationalize regional strategy by translating vendor roadmaps into clear priorities, value propositions, and actionable networking and security initiatives.


• Drive commercial performance by steering go\-to\-market execution, tracking KPIs, accelerating pipeline growth, and leading competitive displacement efforts.


• Enable vendors and ecosystem partnerships by collaborating with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams to strengthen enablement, funded programs, and long\-term platform adoption.

For this role specific you can expect:

• You will receive €0\.26 per kilometer travel allowance or a complete public transport compensation OR A lease car

Additionally, it's important that:

• Experience with data center networking and security strategy in enterprise or infrastructure environments;


• Experience translating global vendor strategies into regional go\-to\-market execution plans;


• Experience working with enterprise customers, OEMs, partners, and IT distributors;


• Strong knowledge of networking and security technologies (e.g., SASE, Zero Trust, high\-speed fabrics);


• Understanding of cloud, hybrid, and high\-performance infrastructure environments.
