- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market analysis, and project progress for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all commercial dealings.
- Proven experience in commercial management, sales, or business development within relevant industries.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure advantageous agreements.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and data analysis programmes.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
- A recognised qualification in business management or related fields is desirable but not essential.
