Salary: £80,000 to £90,000 per annum + benefits
Key responsibilities of the Commercial Financial Controller:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the business.
- Drive profitability through detailed analysis of performance, margins, and cost control.
- Oversee monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Develop and enhance financial reporting to improve business visibility and decision-making.
- Manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Support business growth through financial modelling and commercial evaluation of new opportunities.
- Ensure strong financial controls and governance are in place across the organisation.
- Build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven stakeholder management and business partnering skills
