  • Leading the planning cycles, including Budget, Latest Estimate and 5\-Year Plan, ensuring alignment to the Finance calendar and stakeholder expectations.

  • Monitoring and challenging performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and recommending actions to improve delivery against budget and forecast.

  • Leading monthly business reviews, consolidating risks and opportunities, and providing clear insight to support performance management.

  • Supporting strategic planning by ensuring alignment of commercial and financial objectives across the UK market.

  • Providing ad hoc analysis and financial modelling to support key business initiatives and projects.

  • Driving continuous improvement in finance processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Managing overhead costs, including travel and entertainment, ensuring strong cost control and visibility.

  • Deputising for the Head of Finance (UK) where required and supporting wider Finance priorities.

  • Supporting governance and compliance, ensuring adherence to internal policies, controls and UK regulatory requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate

You’ll be a qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA), commercially minded, with strong experience in financial planning, reporting and business partnering within a fast\-paced environment.

Proven ability to operate effectively in a complex, international environment and work collaboratively with remote teams is essential to success in this role.
