Commercial Contract Lawyer (Technical agreement)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a globally recognised law firm on a fully remote basis.

The successful candidate will support a high-volume commercial contracts function, with a particular focus on SaaS agreements and outsourced contract work.

Our client is a market-leading global law firm with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to an international client base. Due to increased workflow within their commercial contracts team, they are seeking an experienced lawyer to provide specialist support on a fully remote contract basis.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.


• Advising stakeholders on contractual risks and obligations.


• Supporting an outsourced contracts function with overflow work.


• Managing SaaS and other technology-related agreements.


• Providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.


• Working independently within a fully remote environment.

The Successful Applicant:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE.


• Strong experience in commercial contracts law.


• Previous training within private practice.


• Demonstrable experience handling SaaS agreements.


• Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

• £70 per hour (£60 base rate plus £10 holiday pay).


• Fully remote working arrangement.
