Commercial Catering Engineer

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, service, repair and installation of catering equipment, in and around the Midlands area.

Your role will involve:

• Working to customer service levels ensuring their foodservice equipment is maintained at a high level of working order


• Responsible for maintaining van stock levels


• High level of flexibility within your working hours and area work


• Install, commission, maintain and repair commercial catering equipment, such as combination ovens, fryers, grills and griddles, cooking ranges, dishwashers, microwave ovens etc.


• Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving faults, and organising repairs as required.


• Responsible for completing manual and electronic job sheets upon conclusion of site visit.


• Ability to work flexible and unsociable hours

As minimum you will be required to have the below qualification/experience.

• 1\-2 years Commercial Catering Engineering experience desirable


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.


• Full UK Driving Licence


• Electrical qualification ideal
