Duties
- Oversee sales administration processes, including order processing, invoicing, and customer correspondence using CRM software.
- Coordinate logistics activities such as shipment scheduling, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory levels with systems like Sage.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, shipments, and customer interactions to ensure data integrity.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate timely deliveries and resolve logistical issues promptly.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to analyze sales trends and logistics performance.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries related to orders, shipments, or product availability with professionalism.
- Organize schedules, meetings, and documentation efficiently utilizing Microsoft Outlook and other office tools to optimize workflow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting; familiarity with Sage accounting software is a plus.
- Strong experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear correspondence with clients and team members.
- Solid administrative experience with a focus on sales administration and logistics coordination.
- Demonstrated computer literacy across Microsoft Office suite—Word, PowerPoint, Outlook—and IT systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
- Outstanding time management skills to meet deadlines consistently while maintaining accuracy in all work activities.
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards internal teams and external partners.
Pay: £22,000\.00\-£25,000\.00 per year
