Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations, including overseeing beverage preparation, cocktail crafting, and serving guests with enthusiasm and professionalism


• Supervise the bar to maintain seamless service delivery and high\-quality drink presentation.


• Develop creative cocktail menus that excite guests and reflect current trends while maintaining consistency and quality standards


• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and responsible alcohol service policies at all times


• Maintain a lively yet safe environment by enforcing responsible drinking practices and managing guest interactions professionally

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending with strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques


• Supervising experience within restaurant or hospitality settings; capable of leading diverse teams effectively


• Restaurant, hotel or bar experience with a focus on drinks preparation and customer service excellence


• Familiarity with barista skills or coffee preparation is a plus for versatile beverage offerings


• Leadership qualities that foster teamwork, motivation, and positive guest interactions


• Strong organizational skills for managing inventory, schedules, and operational procedures in a fast\-paced environment

Pay: £13\.50 per hour
