Club Manager padel bonito \- Full Time
We are launching an exciting new indoor padel centre, with fourteen padel courts and a cafe/Bar. Our vision is to create a premium, welcoming, and high\-energy environment for players of all levels. We’re now looking for an ambitious and driven Club Manager to lead the facility and play a key role in its success from day one.
The Role
As Club Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation, performance, and customer experience of the venue. You’ll lead the team, drive revenue, build community engagement, and ensure the centre runs efficiently and professionally at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day\-to\-day running of the facility
- Recruit, train, and manage front of house and coaching staff
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards across the centre
- Manage bookings, memberships, and revenue streams
- Plan and deliver events, leagues, and social programmes
- Drive sales and local marketing initiatives to grow participation
- Ensure health \& safety, safeguarding, and operational compliance
- Monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs
- Build relationships with local schools, clubs, and community groups
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism
- Proven experience in a management role (leisure, sport, hospitality, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent organisational and problem\-solving abilities
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with experience in driving revenue and performance
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy environment
- Competent IT skills (booking systems, reporting, Microsoft Office)
- Flexible and reliable, with availability to work evenings and weekends and some holidays
- Experience managing a sports or leisure facility
- Knowledge or passion for padel, tennis, or similar sports
- Previous bar / cafe experience
- Experience in membership sales and retention strategies
- Marketing or social media experience
- First Aid and/or health \& safety qualifications
- Experience delivering events, leagues, or community programmes
- Understanding of safeguarding practices (especially in sport settings)
