Club Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and organised Club Manager to oversee the daily operations, community engagement, staffing, and growth of the club. The role requires strong leadership, excellent people skills, and a hands\-on approach to delivering an outstanding member experience.
Key Responsibilities
Club Operations \& Maintenance
Club operations and basic maintenance including ensuring high standards of cleanliness, managing day\-to\-day facility running, and coordinating court bookings and schedules.
Padel Programme Management
Padel programme management including organising tournaments, ladies\-only sessions, over\-50s classes, beginner coaching, intermediate socials, coffee mornings, and wider community events while working closely with coaches to maintain quality and engagement.
Social Media \& Community
Social media and community management including running Instagram and WhatsApp communities, acting as the face of the business, and promoting club activities, events, and member engagement.
Sponsorships \& Business Development
Sponsorship and business development including building relationships with local and established businesses, securing sponsorships, and developing corporate and partnership opportunities.
Staff \& HR Management
Staff and HR management including recruiting, scheduling, managing, and supporting staff and coaches while handling HR matters professionally.
Health \& Safety
Health and safety responsibilities including ensuring full compliance with fire and health \& safety regulations and maintaining a safe environment for all members, staff, and visitors.
Skills \& Experience
Experience in sports, leisure, hospitality, or club management is preferred along with strong communication and confident in sales, social media management and community engagement experience, the ability to lead teams and manage multiple responsibilities, and a strong passion and experience in padel, sport, and community building.
Desirable Qualifications
Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management or similar
Demonstrated experience in Social Media/Content Creation and Digital Marketing.
Salary
Competitive, depending on experience.
Pay: From £30,000\.00 per year
